  • Milestone Deliverables: For larger projects, deliverables will be provided in stages or milestones. Each milestone will be completed and reviewed with the client before moving on to the next stage.

  • Late Deliveries: While we make every effort to meet the agreed-upon delivery dates, there may be unforeseen delays caused by factors outside of our control. In the case of a delay, we will inform the client promptly and work to resolve the issue.


2. Delivery Method

  • Digital Deliverables: For most of our technology solutions, the final deliverables will be provided digitally. These could include software, reports, system configurations, or other technical documents. Digital deliverables will be sent via email or uploaded to a secure cloud-based platform for download, depending on the nature of the service.

  • On-Site Services: In cases where on-site services, such as consultations or system installations, are part of the agreement, delivery will involve coordination with the client to schedule appointments at mutually agreed times.


3. Delivery Confirmation

Once a service or project deliverable has been completed, we will seek confirmation from the client that they are satisfied with the product or service. This may include:

  • A formal sign-off or approval for completed milestones or final deliverables.

  • Client feedback to ensure all requirements have been met.


4. Delivery Charges

  • Service Delivery Fees: For most of our services, delivery is included in the cost of the service. However, for some customized solutions, additional delivery charges may apply, especially for on-site visits or physical hardware installations.

  • Shipping Fees: If physical products (such as hardware or devices) are part of the agreement, shipping and handling fees will be calculated based on the location and shipping method selected. These fees will be communicated in advance and added to the invoice.


5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery of services, clients are expected to:

  • Provide timely feedback and approvals during the project lifecycle.

  • Ensure access to necessary systems, software, and personnel for the delivery of services.

  • Communicate any changes or issues as soon as they arise to avoid delays.


6. Changes to Delivery Timelines

If there are any changes to the agreed delivery timeline, we will notify the client in advance and provide an updated delivery schedule. This may be due to client delays, changes in project scope, or unforeseen technical issues.


7. International Delivery

For clients outside the United States, delivery methods may vary. Digital deliverables can be sent via email or a secure cloud-based platform. However, for physical products, shipping fees and customs charges may apply, depending on the destination.
